Book in the appointment online for the first session of your block. Follow up sessions provide ongoing treatment that centres around your treatment plan. Supporting you with any pain, restricted movement or mobility issues, aiming to target and improve your specific needs. What to expect: Check-in Postural and movement re-assessment Advanced sports massage techniques, fascial work, stretching and neuromuscular techniques. Prescribed exercises for home care.
