About this service

You may wish to have more time in your session and in some cases I will recommend a longer follow up session and treatment as part of your treatment plan depending on your specific needs. These sessions can be booked at specific times during the week, Monday/Tuesday at 3:15pm or Fridays at 11.30am. Follow up sessions provide ongoing treatment that centres around your treatment plan. Supporting you with any pain, restricted movement or mobility issues, aiming to target and improve your specific needs. What to expect: Check-in Postural and movement re-assessment Advanced sports massage techniques, fascial work, stretching and neuromuscular techniques. Prescribed exercises for home care. Please bring a pair of shorts and a sports top for the postural assessment for your comfort. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
