About the class
FUN, INCLUSIVE AND EFFECTIVE. Weekly group mobility classes with Ollie Dennison. Join us at 9am till 10:15am every Tuesday during term time for mobility and movement classes. A fun and inclusive class exploring anatomy and self care through dynamic mobility drills, breath, balance and core exercises. Suitable for all abilities and ages. £8.50 per class - if you book a term online you get one class for free each term! Just bring a mat and comfortable clothes to move in.
